Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 1, 2026

This policy is provided for general information. It describes in plain language how Farmrix collects, uses, and protects information when you use farmrix.com and the Farmrix application.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing details. Payment card numbers are collected and stored by our payment processor, not by Farmrix.

Usage information. We collect information about how you use the site and the application, including pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, IP address, and referring pages. This helps us keep the product fast, secure, and improving.

Property data queries. When you use Farmrix we record the markets you search, the filters you apply, the lists you build, and the mail campaigns you create. We use this to run your campaigns, show your results, and support your account.

How we use information

  • To provide and operate the service, including scoring owners, printing and mailing your campaigns, and tracking responses.
  • To process subscription payments and send billing receipts.
  • To send transactional messages such as campaign status, delivery confirmations, and account notices.
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To understand how the product is used and make it better.
  • To protect the service against fraud, abuse, and security threats.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party processors

We share information with a small number of service providers who help us run Farmrix, and only what each one needs to do its job:

  • Payment processor. Handles subscription billing and stores payment card details on our behalf.
  • Email provider. Delivers transactional and account email on our behalf.
  • Data providers. Supply the property and ownership records that power owner scoring and list building.
  • Print and mail partners. Receive recipient names and mailing addresses solely to print and deliver the campaigns you create.

These providers are bound by their own confidentiality and security obligations and may not use your information for their own purposes.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how the site is used. Our sites use Google Analytics for traffic measurement, the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement, and PostHog for product analytics. These tools may set cookies and receive usage data such as pages viewed and general device information. You can limit or block cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through the controls offered by Google and Meta.

Data security

We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls, and the principle of least privilege: team members only see the data they need to support you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Property owner data

Farmrix gives customers access to property and ownership records sourced from public records and licensed data providers. Owner data is handled securely and never sold. It is provided to you solely so you can run lawful, respectful outreach, and our print partners receive only what is needed to deliver the mail you send.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete the personal information in your account. Most of it is available directly in your account settings; for anything else, email hello@farmrix.com and we will respond within one business day. If you close your account we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep records for billing, legal, or security reasons.

Email and opt-out

Marketing email from Farmrix always includes a working unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests promptly, consistent with CAN-SPAM requirements. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional messages such as receipts and campaign notices. If a mail recipient asks to stop receiving your postcards, we support suppression lists so those addresses are excluded from future sends.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the effective date above and notify account holders by email or in the application.
